SCHUBERT & FRANZKE LLC with its headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, 83 Plopilor Street, Cluj County, is registered in the Register Of Personal Data Operators under number 32196.

According to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and LAW no.506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, Schubert & Franzke LLC undertakes to ensure the security of the collected personal data and use it only for the specified purposes.

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Schubert & Franzke LLC collects and processes the following categories of personal data: IP address and GPS location (if activated), access date and time, operating system of the device and the system language used, data that are the subject of an adequate, relevant and non-excessive processing in relation to the purpose of their collection.

In case of Premium users GPS localization (if it is activated), is used for orientation and track recording purposes of users, tracks that will be visibible in the account of these users only.

This information is collected in an anonymous form only and processed for the purpose of generating statistics to improve the application.

Also, for the creation of an user account in the app, the following data is collected and stored : name, first name and email addresss. The email address is also used for the purpose of sending notification (only if the user has agreed this at signing up)

The application uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses the so-called ‘cookies’, text files that will be saved on users' computers and allow an analysis of how the website is used.

The IP address transmitted within the parameters of Google Analytics is not aggregated with other Google data.
