From Dambul Morii, follow the road towards the Seven Stairs Canyon. Before the road barrier, a signpost indicates left for Bunloc hut (intersection with Trails 2, 4 and 5). Trail 2 continues to the left. Follow the road for about 160 meters (alongside Trails 4 and 5). Walk past the information board and the barrier on Sipoaia Valley, Trails 4 and 5 continue straight ahead and you veer left on the grassland to cross Sipoaia stream. Cross the water, veer left to climb 70 meters on the hill in front of you and when you are on top, turn right for about 200 meters. Turn left through the pine plantation, follow the forest road and after a wide curve and approximately 330 meters reach the edge of the forest (16.3% slope). Climb 130 meters along the edge of the forest and after two coils start climbing the wooded edge. Get on the right side of it (climbing direction) and 250 meters further (12.2% slope) get out into a clearing and walk through it for about 150 meters. Go into the forest, walk for 260 meters (24% slope) and reach the edge of the secondary ridge. Follow the ridge for about 500 meters, leave the ridge to the left and in a slightly upward contour line reach a saddle with a great view of Timis valley. Turn right and continue up along the ridge for about 930 meters (20.3% average slope) to the intersection with Trail 20. Continue to climb for 135 meters and reach the starting point of Sirul Stancilor rock formation (rock wall on your right). For 500 m (33.8% slope) climb along the corridor between the 100-meter high rock wall and the pine forest on your left. The height of the rocks becomes less imposing and you will soon leave them to the left. An upward contour line (about 200 meters) takes you to a clearing where you turn right to climb the last 50 meters (43.6% slope) to the intersection with Trail 19.
