The beautiful, complex and difficult trail covers much of the Bucegi Mountains, reaching the highest altitude by bike on Omu Peak. Start from Busteni, by cable car, and get off at Babele Hut station. From here, follow the well-beaten road / path on the Bucegi plateau towards Omu Peak. With a few exceptions, you can reach the peak on the bicycle. After a well deserved break, descend to Doamnele Saddle and continue along the western plateau of the Bucegi, above the steep slope, going up and down several saddles and important peaks. In Strunga Saddle, suddenly change direction to N-NE and descend to Bran on one of the most spectacular and technical trails in Romania. The experienced ones who own the right mountain bikes can ride on the bike for the entire part, and the beginners can sometimes go down off their bikes. When you get down to Bran, you can have a break at the castle and then go back to Busteni on the forest roads in the northern part of the Bucegi Mountains, along Ghimbavului Valley. There is one more difficult part at the end of the trail – the ascent to Diham Hut and the technical descent to Gura Diham Hut. From here, the well-beaten road along Cerbului Valley takes you back to Busteni resort.
