From Resita, start climbing to Ezerisel Forest Reserve on a variant that avoids traffic on DN 58 national road. “Rolling Hills” - the perfect start to warm-up for this trail. Soon, enter the shady forests of Ezerisel reserve and continue on the road that follows the ridge of the hills. To Tirnova, there is an impressive view of Semenic Mountains and its wooded valleys. o past Tirnova commune and reach Lake Secu where you can stop for a swim and a beer to prepare for the next challenge of the day: climbing Ranchina Hill. From the top of Ranchina, descend to Cuptoare village and then to Sodol valley, where there is one final climb to the village of Doman and then to Slamina. Slamina is one of the first mining colonies in the Mountainous Banat. The trip ends with a tough single track down to the asphalt road that takes you back to Resita.
