Trail 28 (red triangle) is a medium/difficult route, appropriate for those familiar with differences in elevation of almost 2,000 m and 6-7 hours of hiking. The path crosses the road that goes for about 4 km on Bangleasa Valley, climbs on Plesa Valley and further on a dale to Gutanu Meadow. Next there is a "rocky" and steep climb to Batrana Saddle (2,150 m), from where you descend on Doamnele Valley to Doamnele Waterfall and further to the base of Babelor secondary ridge, at Pestera Hotel.
