The predominantly downhill trail uses Sinaia cable car to reach an elevation of almost 2,000 meters in the area of Mount Furnica and the ski slopes from Varful cu Dor Peak. From the terminal station of the cable car follow the rocky path to Valea Soarelui Hut, where you shortly reach the new Transbucegi asphalt road, which you descend on to Dichiu Hut. From the hut, you do not descend on Mount Paduchiosul, but on the asphalt road that later turns into a gravel road towards Coama Priporului Ridge. A long descent takes you Moroeni Sanatorium, where you get back to the asphalt that finally takes you to Ialomicioara Valley and DN71 national road. Go up along the valley until you get to Plaiul Paduchiosul, then go down to DN 1 national road and shortly get back to Sinaia. You can end the ride with a visit to Peles and Pelisor Castles or to Sinaia Monastery.
