The trail starts in the village of Crasna, at the intersection with the road to Crasna hermitage. A post with an arrow indicates the way to Parangul Mare Peak (11 hours) via Molidvis Peak (5 hours). Observations

Most of the trail is unmarked. There are a few red cross trail markers between the sheepfold below Parangul Mare Peak and Parangul Mare Peak. The trail is accessible in winter depending on the quantity and quality of snow only to experienced tourists who are well-equipped. The trail is dangerous in winter between Groapa saddle and Parangul Mare peak.
